BIO: Janel Curry has a PHD in Geography and has taught Geography and Environmental Studies at Central College and Calvin University.  She has done extensive research on religious worldviews and their impact on views of nature.  These have included how views of the relationship among God, humans and nature affect our responses to climate change and natural disasters.  This presentation presents the elements in religious worldviews that seem to be prominent in shaping religious groups' response to public policy options for addressing environmental issues.
