Topic: Inspired by two books, Introverts in the Church by Adam McHugh, and  Susan Cain’s best seller, Quiet, I have been doing research on Introverts/Ambivets/Extroverts as leaders.  Thus far I  have done +450 interviews with C Suite executives, Generals, pastors, theologians, and other leaders. Traditionally we have viewed leaders as extroverts, this research suggests this is simply not true, introverts and ambiverts can also be outstanding leaders.
