MISSION:  To encourage fellowship and networking among Christian biologists, to provide support to them in all stages of their life, education, and career, to serve as a forum for discussion of issues at the interface of both mainstream biology and Christian thought, and to educate scientists, the Church, and the public about the harmony between biology and the Christian faith.

VISION:  To glorify God through the study and stewardship of His creation, and to be salt and light in the world about all that He has made.

VALUES:  In addition to affirming the four important planks of the ASA's Statement of Faith, we are committed to: 1) the search for truth, affirming the words of the Christian philosopher, Arthur F. Holmes, that "All truth is God's truth," an idea originally found in the writings of Augustine of Hippo; and 2) engaging in civil and respectful discourse on issues where there may be honest disagreement between Christians.
