Faith and Life Lecture Series 0 J. Klein The Faith & Life Lecture Series at St. Philip the Deacon Lutheran Church in Plymouth exists to create welcoming and accessible public forums for members of the Twin Cities community to hear nationally known speakers reflect on how Christian faith is related to different dimensions of everyday life. The talks are always free public events. Religion in a Changing Workplace with Dr. Elaine Howard Ecklund 0 J. Klein The Center for Faith & Learning at the Anselm House is delighted to host Dr. Elaine Howard Ecklund (Rice University) to discuss new approaches to faith at work.  In this lecture, Dr. Howard Ecklund will explore how religious identity shapes experiences in today’s religiously diverse and secular professional environments. Drawing on interviews and surveys across multiple industries, Ecklund reveals the often-overlooked tensions and accommodations surrounding faith at work. This talk, on the occasion of her new book with Dr. Denise Daniels (Working for Better: A New Approach to Faith at Work), will delve into how organizations and individuals navigate religious expression, inclusion, and conflict in modern workplaces, as well as provide recommendations for a healthy religious pluralism in today’s workplaces.
