REGISTRATION & PRICING
The American Scientific Affiliation (ASA) invites you to participate in this year’s Annual Meeting.
Full conference registration includes access to all plenary talks, breakout sessions, refreshment breaks, special sessions (local chapters, student & CWiS), volleyball and softball tournaments, the State of the ASA, ice cream social, worship service and morning walks.
Registration also includes admission to meal meet-ups (first-time attendees, students, engineers, geologists, CSCA, geologists, biologists, pastors/theologians, Fellows, spouses and local chapters), but it does not include the meal itself. So it is possible for conference attendees without a meal plan to join the meal meet-ups with a home-made lunch, for example.
Meal plans are available for purchase either as part of an on-campus lodging package or as a separate commuter meal plan.
Importantly, the Saturday Night Gala is not included with conference registration. Admission to the Gala requires one of the following add-ons, which are available for purchase during the conference registration process:
- A meal plan (either on-campus or commuter), or
- A separate Gala ticket ($75).
Similarly, the CWiS dinner on Thursday, July 28 is an additional $50 fee.
