On-Campus Lodging & Meals
All lodging and meal packages are per person (PP). They are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
We will be staying in Finch Hall (four-bedroom, same gender units with a unit-style bathroom) and Flex Housing (two bedroom apartments with two bathrooms, suitable for couples). These buildings have no elevators or AC. (See info on local weather in our travel section.)
The 4-day package includes lodging (Thursday through Sunday nights), linens, and eleven meals beginning with Friday breakfast through Monday lunch. The 3-day package includes lodging (Friday through Sunday nights), linens and nine meals, beginning with Friday dinner through Monday lunch. All meal packages include the gala on Saturday night at Liberty Station. Linens provided include one pillow, one pillowcase, two bed sheets, one blanket, one bath towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth.
Each resident will receive a lodging key and a meal card. Lost lodging keys are $30; lost meal cards, $25.
Lodging check-in begins at 2 pm, Thursday; check-out time is 2 pm, Monday.
It is well worth considering the social and intellectual benefits of on-campus lodging and meals:

This is a great way for everyone to meet and get involved with informal conversations, three times each day—in addition to discussions between talks and at night. All dietary restrictions must be submitted to the ASA office with registration. On-site dietary accommodations will not be available.
Meals are not guaranteed if registering later than June 30, 2022.

For those staying off campus, there is a six-meal package ($140) available: Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner gala, Sunday lunch, Sunday dinner, and Monday lunch. Failure to return meal cards results in a $25 fee.
