Although this virtual conference will look different than an in-person conference, our plan is to feature many of the same components of an ASA annual meeting.

The contributed papers will be presented on Friday, July 30 and Saturday, July 31. Each day will have three concurrent session blocks – one in the morning and two in the afternoon (ET). The new presentation format for contributed papers will be one-hour moderated blocks with three (3) speakers, each given a 20-minute timeframe for the talk, including Q&A. The three papers for each one-hour block will be grouped based on complementary topics. Once we have confirmed who will be participating, we will communicate the day and time of your talk.

In addition to confirming your talk (via the emailed link), it is important that you sign and return the speaker release document linked below and register for ASA 2021 as soon as possible.
