Dear Colleague,
Happy New Year!
As we enter 2019, I want to express our sincere gratitude for the generous response to our annual fund appeal in December. In the season of giving, we were so encouraged by the many donations received and your tangible expression of support. Thank you so very much!
After our first big snowstorm of the season here in Boston, it’s a beautiful white winter wonderland outside. And I’m delighted to be leaving subzero temperatures today to head to warm and sunny California.
Leslie and I are looking forward to attending the Katharine Hayhoe event at Azusa Pacific University tomorrow as well as the Southern California Winter Day Conference at Westmont College on Saturday. Please take note of several ASA items of interest as well as important ASA events happening around the U.S. and Canada this winter. We hope to see you at one these meetings.
As always, we love hearing from you, so feel free to drop us a line anytime.
Joyfully in Christ,
Vicki

Please mark your calendars now and plan to join us for a great weekend filled with exceptional scholarship, meaningful fellowship, and terrific networking!
The call for abstracts is out! Learn more and submit your abstract here. The theme of ASA 2019 is Exploring Creation, combining the scientific aspect of exploration with the theological concept of the natural world as creation. This theme epitomizes the work of the ASA, focusing on understanding science and related fields in the context of our Christian faith. As such, contributed papers that focus on topics that explore topics which relate science and Christian faith are invited.
