Join us as we pursue the world changing plans and purposes that God has for the ASA. Gifts to the ASA can be made in a number of ways:

Checks or Credit Card

Donating appreciated stock is a savvy way to help ASA’s mission, while also giving you, the donor, added tax benefits. You will receive an immediate income tax deduction based upon the current market value of the gifted stock or mutual fund, along with avoiding taxes on the unrealized capital gain.

If you would like to donate stock to the ASA, please click this link for our wiring instructions.

ACH payments are electronic payments (made through the Automated Clearing House) that are created when the customer gives an originating institution, corporation, or other customer (originator) authorization to debit directly from the customer's checking or saving account.

This mechanism is a great way to setting up consistent monthly giving.

Donor-Advised Funds

If you already have a DAF, please make checks payable to the ASA and mail to the following address:

218 Boston Street, Suite 208
Topsfield, MA 01983-2210

ASA’s tax identification number is 41-0874150

Personal Property

Donating a gift of tangible property is a very practical way to give to the ASA. A tangible personal property gift is non-cash, related and useful to the mission of the ASA, and is transferred voluntarily with no benefit received. Gifts of personal property that can be invaluable to the ASA include automobiles, gold, artwork, jewelry to name a few.

The IRA Charitable Rollover, passed by Congress, allows donors who are 70 ½ years or older to distribute some (or all) of your requested minimum distribution (RMD) to the ASA as a qualified charity. The amount donated will not be subject to income tax for that year. Contact Vicki Best at vicki@asa3.org for more information.

Matching Gifts

Many employers sponsor matching gifts programs and will match any charitable contribution made by their employees.

Will My Gift Make a Difference?

Of course! All gifts, regardless of size, make a big difference in our programs. Your contribution is a significant, and vital, source of support that impacts us both today and in the future.

What Are the Tax Benefits of Giving to the ASA?

The ASA is a 501©3 non-profit organization. Your gift is tax deductible as allowed by law. An electronic receipt is issued for all gifts and a year-end paper statement is mailed for all gifts over $250.
ASA's tax ID Number is: 41-0874150
