On-Campus Lodging & Meals
Double occupancy/Shared bath:
Double bedroom in a “suite-style” unit with other double rooms (6 people max). Each bedroom shares a bathroom. Includes common area living space with kitchen.
Married couples:
Each studio apartment includes two beds, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom.
Single occupancy/Private bath (limited):
Single bedroom with a private bath in an apartment with up to 4 other people, including a common area with kitchen.
Please Note:
- All lodging and meal packages are priced per person. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The 4-day package includes lodging (Thursday through Sunday nights), linens, and eleven meals, beginning with Friday breakfast through Monday lunch.
- The 3-day package includes lodging (Friday through Sunday nights), linens, and nine meals beginning with Friday dinner through Monday lunch.
- All units have AC and elevators.
- Lodging check-in begins at 3 pm, Thursday, July 17. Check-out time is by 2 pm, Monday, July 21.
- Each resident will receive a lodging key. Lost lodging keys are $100 USD each.
- Linens include one pillow, one pillowcase, blanket, two bed sheets, one towel, and a washcloth.
- All dietary restrictions must be submitted to the ASA office with registration. On-site dietary accommodations are not guaranteed.
- Lodging and meals are not guaranteed if registering later than June 15, 2025.
It is well worth considering the social and intellectual benefits of on-campus lodging and meals:
"ASA's Annual Meetings are my favorite conferences, and one reason is the on-campus meals where we all eat together. This is a great way for everyone to meet and get involved with informal conversations, three times each day—in addition to discussions between talks and at night. Most people stay on campus, which also makes meeting and talking easier."

There are no female rooms left. There are limited male rooms left but please contact Becky at becky@asa3.org to discuss the options.
