Please Note:
- All lodging and meal packages are per person. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The 3-day package includes lodging (Friday through Sunday nights), linens, nine meals beginning with Friday dinner through Monday lunch.
- The 4-day package includes lodging (Thursday through Sunday nights), linens, and eleven meals, beginning with Friday breakfast through Monday lunch. The 3-day package includes lodging (Friday through Sunday nights), linens, and nine meals beginning with Friday dinner through Monday lunch.
- All units have AC and elevators.
- Lodging check-in begins at 3 pm, Thursday, July 25 and 8 am, Friday, July 26. Check-out time is by 2 pm Monday, July 29.
- If you are driving, please leave your luggage in your car until after you check-in at registration and receive your housing assignment and keys. Lost lodging keys are $75 USD.
- Linen packets will be found in your room and will contain one pillow, one pillowcase, blanket, two bed sheets, and one towel. If you need additional linens, you will need to bring them with you.
- You will need to bring your own toiletries. If you wish to hang your clothes, pack some hangers as well.
- If you move any furniture, please be sure to move it back to the original location.
- The Kane Fitness Center is available to all overnight guests. The hours of operation are Monday – Friday 1:00 – 10:00 pm, Weekends 10 am – 4:30 pm.
It is well worth considering the social and intellectual benefits of on-campus lodging and meals:
"ASA's Annual Meetings are my favorite conferences, and one reason is the on-campus meals where we all eat together. This is a great way for everyone to meet and get involved with informal conversations, three times each day—in addition to discussions between talks and at night. Most people stay on campus, which also makes meeting and talking easier."
