All lodging and meal packages are per person. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Single-gender housing will be staying in two-story townhouses. Kitchen and common room are on the first floor; four bedrooms (each with a twin bed) and a bathroom, on the second floor. These buildings have no AC or elevators. Students may be housed in apartments with raised beds that include a kitchen and sitting area.

Married couple housing will be single-level (1st or 2nd floor) townhouses with no AC or elevators. Each unit includes two bedrooms (each with a twin bed), a bathroom, a kitchen with fridge, stove, and microwave as well as a sitting area.

The 4-day package includes lodging (Thursday through Sunday nights), linens, and eleven meals, beginning with Friday breakfast through Monday lunch. The 3-day package includes lodging (Friday through Sunday nights), linens, and nine meals beginning with Friday dinner through Monday lunch.

Linens provided include one pillow, one pillowcase, two bed sheets, and one bath towel.

Each resident will receive a lodging key and a meal card.

Lodging check-in begins at 3 pm Thursday and 8 am Friday; check-out time is by 2 pm Monday.

All dietary restrictions must be submitted to the ASA office with registration. On-site dietary accommodations will not be available.

Meals are not guaranteed if registering later than June 24, 2023.
