The American Scientific Affiliation (ASA) invites you to participate in this year’s Virtual Annual Meeting.
Full conference passes (Thursday, July 29 – Sunday, August 1) include access to all plenary talks, breakout sessions, and affiliate networking opportunities.
They also include the Genealogical Adam discussion, the Student/Early Career Event, the mixer, both nightlight social games, the worship service, the coffee hour,

Full Conference Pass – Non-Member: all events and you will receive an email following registration that will provide you access to a free 1-year membership in the ASA.
Full Conference Pass – Member*: all events.
Full Conference Pass – Student*: This pass is for students only and provides access to the full conference. You must be a student ASA member to get this rate and can become a student member (free) by clicking here. If you are in need of a scholarship to attend ASA 2021, please see the ASA 2021 Student Center for instructions.
Guest Pass: all events; this ticket is for a non-member guest invited by an ASA member (regular or student).
Student/Early Career Event Pass Only: Ticket provides access to the Emerging Scholar’s Network (ESN) event only, which will occur on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at 1:00 pm ET/10:00 am PT. If you are in need of a scholarship to attend ASA 2021, please see the ASA 2021 Student Center for instructions.
- Please Note: this pass does not include access to the Student/Early Career Sessions on Friday & Saturday.
Thursday Pass Only: this ticket provides access to all events on the evening of Thursday, July 29.
Friday Pass Only: this ticket provides access to all events on Friday, July 30.
Saturday Pass Only: this ticket provides access to all events on Saturday, July 31.
Sunday Pass Only: This ticket provides free access to the following events:
- Worship Service - Sunday, August 1 at 11:00 am ET/8:00 am PT
- Coffee Hour - Sunday, August 1 at 12:00 pm ET/9:00 am PT
- State of the ASA Meeting - Sunday, August 1 at 7:00 pm ET/4:00 pm PT
- Ice Cream Social - Sunday, August 1 at 8:30 pm ET/5:30 pm PT
- Please Note: the Sunday Student/Early Career Event is not included in the Sunday Pass.
Sunset Pass: Access to all recorded conference content from August 5, 2021 – July 29, 2022.
Group Pass: This pass is for schools and covers registration for up to 3 faculty members and 20 students. This pass includes a sponsorship opportunity and a special group gift box.
