The American Scientific Affiliation (ASA) and the Workplace Bible Study of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory are hosting a one-day workshop to discuss one of today's hot topics: sustainable energy. Come listen to experts in renewable energy talk about their research and the implications it will have on energy future. Take part in lively panel discussions with a focus on the relationship between Christianity and today's energy issues.
Register Please register at this website no later than Friday, March 2, 2012. Suggested donation for the workshop to cover expenses is $10 or more per person; this is tax deductible through ASA. On the registration website you can also pre-order a box lunch for $8 on or before March 1, and the first 20 requestors (US citizens only, photo ID needed) can also sign up for a tour of NREL's new LEED-Platinum Research Support Facility, 4:00-5:00 PM March 3 following the conference. If you do not register online by March 2, we hope you will still come, and make a donation of $10 or more at the workshop, but you will have to bring your own lunch.
