On Wednesday October 18, 2017 California Baptist University will be hosting “Space: the final frontier… Christian perspectives on manned vs. unmanned space exploration in the 21st century” from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. This event will include two talks taking opposing views on space exploration.

 On Wednesday October 18, 2017 California Baptist University will be hosting “Space: the final frontier… Christian perspectives on manned vs. unmanned space exploration in the 21st century” from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.  This event will include two talks taking opposing views on space exploration.  Dr. Leslie Wickman (Executive Director of the ASA and Associate Dean in the Gordon and Jill Bourns College of Engineering at CBU) will be presenting the pro-manned space exploration position and Dr. Tom Ferko (Professor of Chemistry and Chair of the Department of Chemical Sciences at CBU) will be presenting on the pro-unmanned position.  Discussion and Q&A to follow.  This event will be held in room 124 of CBU’s Business Building.  Please email tferko@calbaptist.edu for more information or to RSVP.
